Diriyah Royal Equestrian and Polo Club

As specialist advisory we have been involved in the final design and delivery of an iconic giga project in the heart of the Royal Enclave that is Wadi Safar in Diriyah. In a JV structure with Hill Sportgate we delivered two world class polo fields, layout and design advisory services for 263 stables, 4 equestrian arenas and 12,000sqm Clubhouse. We advised on all aspects of the project from Feasibility to Procurement. The Club is due to open in November 2026.
